Rotella. Cheap, common, full synthetic, and has additional detergents to help keep the engine internals clean.

Many people run T6 in every vehicle they own.

Rotella, I use it in everything.
Change it every 5,000 miles, NAPA oil filters.

120k you say?
Change it now, then again at 125k, then 130k, dont worry about the "100's", everytime there is a "0" or a "5" third from the left, change the oil.

If you do change it every 5,000 miles make sure to check your oil atleast once a week. Mine won't lose any oil and then one week it may be a half a quart low. Checking only when you're topping it off during an oil change is pretty risky with the motors.

I run Penzoil Platinum Full Synthetic 10W-40. Bosch Oil filters. I used to run FRAM filters untill I discovered how crappy they are made.

I run the T6 in warm weather and M1 0w40 in the winter. Here are the differences I see switching back and forth:
T6: Tends to cause or at least increase leaks. Nothing terrible but noticeable.
0W40: At idle or in traffic, engine runs 2-5 degrees higher. Not while driving though. Fuel economy is .5MPG higher while using it. Engine seems a touch more quiet.
While running M1, I have to add 1/2qt between changes. With T6 I have to add a qt.

I was running Rotella for the last 18,000 miles, only issue is my truck sounded like a sewing machine. Rattling like crazy.

Check out this post I just made on another forum....
Texas Rovers: Forums / Discovery / Oil "Engine Guarantee"

Seems like it worth a shot.

Funny, noticed the temp thing as well. Been offroading in 100 degree heat running T6 and run cooler than in the with M1 0w40
Im using M1 0w40 as well in the winter time. M1 is quieter though, will say that.
