Question Ola Three Amigos, albeit quickly

Own one of these vehicles, or three, and sooner or later almost every problem mentioned in this forum will come to visit. My latest issue is a hint of the three amigos. These are on my 2000 DII with 133,000 miles. Three times this week, when I started the truck, the three amigos stayed on. When the came on, I turned off the truck and restarted and the three amigos went away. Everything seems to be operating properly. Brakes are working well and have more than minimal thickness. I do have a slight squeak in the brakes (that could be the issue). The lights have not stayed on more than a few seconds each time that they have appeared. They have not come on each time that I have started the truck. Like I said over the past week, they have appeared three times, and then only on start up. If I turn the truck off and start it up again, they go off. They have never come on while I was driving. Any ideas? Should I jsut go ahead and change out the brakes and see if that fixes the issue? Anybody in San Diego with a Hawkeye or ABS Reader willing to hook it up and check to see if there are any stored codes? Thanks for looking. Phil

I bought this DII in May of last year. I have put about 5000 miles on it since I bought it. I have not done the brakes. They appear to have a fair amount of pad left. Changing the pads isn't a big deal, but I don't want to change them out unnecessarily. Any potential problems with pulling the wheels and cleaning and checking the sensors? Phil
