Rob I had the rub too. Take the metal inner mount off and flip it, it will give you about a 1/2 inch difference and you will be good to go. You will see what I mean when you take it apart, the 3 holes on the bottom front where the innner liner mounts to the bumper.

As far as I can tell, not hitting the radius arms, but it might rub once I get the extra plastic piece on the bumper trimmed off and out of the way, I know that is catching for sure. Might need to do some more "adjusting" after I give it the proper test this weekend out on the trails.

Thanks and LOL "butch it up" is right. Looking at the pre-lift pictures it looks like the tires would fit a Prius!

Agreed 100%, "idiot-able job" is right, I told my wife I would be lucky to get it done over the weekend much less in the 6 hours it ended up taking me, needless to say I was very proud of myslef

Smile Does ARB Bullbar bumper for Disco 2004 increase fuel consumption significantly?

Hi everyone;

Ive been wanting to install an ARB bumper (with a winch) on my Disco 2004, but I don't know if it will significantly increase my fuel consumption.

Will be upgrading to OME heavy duty suspension prior to anything.

If anyone has had any experience with this issue,
I will greatly appreciate it.

thanks

Stephen
