I did mine using the spring compressors and it was easy. two jacks are a must to make it easy. You can get away with one jack stand and do one at a time. Fronts first and them your backs will be easy. Both my rear shock mounts were crossthreaded I broke one but it was easy to take off and repair. I just put on a set of 265 75 R16 Goodyear silent armor tires and its a good fit and looks good.

You should not need two floor jacks. You can use one and then use the bottle jack from your Disco to raise and lower the axle.
