One is more for vehicles with lifts and hard playing the other for people with either very light or no lifts that want a firm yet soft ride for 80% plus road driving.

 

I put some of those OME nitrocharger sport shocks and heavy OME springs on my 04 Disco about two weeks ago. I love them, but my truck looks a little funny now because I haven't been able to get new tires yet. Soon though, after I re-do the brakes.
