When I pulled off the wires I laid flat on my stomach on top of the engine with an old camping sleeping pad as a cushion. Uncomfortable but it worked. I also snapped off both the brake booster vac line and the crankcase ventilation fitting where they connect to the upper intake. I recommend you disconnect both before lying on top of them.

I decided to try the Seafoam in the induction. I ended up putting more than half the bottle in and let her sit for 30 min. Started up no smoke. Backed out of the drive way and bam it looked like I was spraying the neighborhood for mosquitoes. Smoothed the idle out nicely and eliminated the downstream O2 sensor codes. Now I'm down to three codes the multiple misfire and mis on #5 and #6. New wires on the way.

The rooster tail of smoke is an awesome sight. Good luck with those misfires. You are getting close.

I know you have followed my issues in other threads. Be sure you check your oil occasionally to see if it is being thinned by gas from the misfires until they are fixed. When I emptied mine (and yes, I did have a world record misfire, self inflicted, spectacularly bad), my Rotella engine honey had turned to muddy gasoline on VERY little run time.

Well here they are. Waiting and staring at me I thought I was done for a while after I get the wires in. That was until I snapped the bleeder in the upper coolant hose. Name: 54A567A3-B23C-464C-89BA-E7AB9E805129_zpsu3m8unwd.jpg

It is in the main upper hose that fits in the fan shroud

Damn.

I was in the middle of nowhere and that entire T disintegrated on my truck. You can just make one without a bleeder from a threaded T and three threaded nipples at Lowes in the plumbing department. At least that would never break.

I think the only kind available now is the bleeder in the T

Haha. Yes. These were plumbing parts. Cast iron and iron pipe. Definitely not OEM.
