Let me know how that misfire on cylinder 6 is working out for you.
Well because you asked to be kept in the loop, the misfire was fixed before you made your first post here. I dont know how I ever managed to do it without you or rmt to hold my hand, but I got it done. 2 new coils installed solved the problem, Thanks for asking buddy
Great to know. Enjoy you day.

Sorry for my non immediate response. I was trying to bleed the cooling system of the car I'm working on. You know, temp swings , won't heat up, etc. I think the thermostat may be stuck open but I figured I'd at least bleed it first. Can't hurt right?
Have fun fishing.

nope, can't hurt anything. Plus it's free!

Time to let this go bro. I know you got your butt hurt a little with the Jersey Scum comment but enough already. I'll say it once more for you slow Jersey folks, I never said, "go bleed the cooling system"!! I asked if he had tried to do it again, thinking he could have got air trapped in there recently. You two seem to miss the very first questions asked about the T-Stat and somehow came to the conclusion that we told him to go bleed the system and that would "solve all of his problems" (nice signature BTW). You really should read the entire thread before putting your foot in your mouth. Got it this time dummy? Probably not, you would have to READ and comprehend this to understand it, and I did use big words like "the".

I don't get butt hurt about anything. Especially anything from a fine educated gentleman like yourself.

You seem to miss the part about RMT just jumping to what is going to fix the op's vehicle as opposed to what was going to waste his time. You clearly don't know how to diagnose a problem. And you clearly don't understand sarcasm. So when I say enjoy you day, enjoy fishing, allow me to spell it out for you, GO **** YOURSELF.
Have a nice day.

It doesn't take a technician to diagnose the OP's problem. It's obviously overheating due to a sagging headliner. Also, I blame Jimmy Carter.

Or a combination of both. Fuse for the interior lights shorted to positive, causing the light to be on all the time, heating the headliner up until it dropped allowing the underlying foam to fall into the vents, clogging up the heater core, which finally overheated the engine.

It's a fool proof explanation.
