Default Oxygen Sensor

Hello again helpers. Got a 1996 Discovery I. Check engine light came on and the code was P1193, need a new oxygen sensor. Looking around I found one without the connector for just $40. Way less than anything I have found. Does it work? Its the downstream according the the code reader. Help would be appreciated.

I was wondering where you purchased the O2 sensor for the 1996 disco. Mine is an 04/96 model.

Thanks
Adrian

Any where you want. Unfortunately being a D1, your are not cheap, go on-line and check prices on both Atlantic British as well as Rover Connection.

Default Help on locating sensor

Hello

I see you had found an inexpensive o2 sensor. I have a 96 disco. Is that what you have the part for. If so, do you remember supplier and part #

Thanks
Adrian

On a 1998 DI, can anyone tell me which wires are signal, ground, and heater wires for the post cat o2 sensors. Got some universals for free and want to give em a try before I spend 150 a sensor.
