Default Oxygen sensor issues

As soon as the hot weather hit, I got a check engine light on my 03. Looking it up on my torque app, both front O2 sensors are telling me they have malfunctioning heater elements. They both still work, as I can monitor what they are doing, but the heater elements are supposedly non-functional. What is also odd is that from a cold start, only bank two throws the code, but from a hot start, both banks one and two show as inop.

This has me all very confused. The Fuse is perfectly fine, I am wondering if there is a malfunctioning sensor somewhere due to the excess heat?

Could be a wiring issue, Try cleanning the connectors first. Or you could ohm out the sensors. They could have just failed.
