Arrow P0130-p0171

I've been throwing the P0130 and P0171 regularly, however neither of them are thrown at the same time, and only briefly after start up, once cleared while driving they do not come back on until the vehicle is shut off and restarted.

02 sensor, MAF, other?

IMHO they happen on two drive cycles, so you may think they are fixed, but then they pop back up in a day or so. I think the 0171 is caused by the 0130. 0130 is a short on the O2 sensor. See attached from Bosch manual, gives voltage values (guess these would show up on scanner?).
