Post P0150 O2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 2, sensor 1)

I got the P0150 O2 sensor code and the sensor in question had the harness melt on the manifold. However, I notice in time and the cables did not melt together. At the most, maybe one of them grounded out. I fixed the wires and verified they make a connection to the ECM. Yet I am still getting the code. So I'm thinking either the sensor went bad or the input on the ECM went bad. Is there a way to test the sensor?

Get a good scanner, and look at both front 02 sensor wave patterns on live data. If B1 S1 is flate lined and not switching good change sensor is dead. Or switch them left and right and see if the fault moves to B1 S1.
