Default P0463, P0560 and P1536 Codes

So we just replaced the ECU, BCU, and the Instrument cluster on our 02 Disco II. Before we were getting the P1668 (Or the superlock code) and now we aren't getting the superlock code anymore. But now the engine is turning over but no crank and we are getting the P0463, P0560, P1536 code. Any ideas on what we could do to fix it? We need it fixed ASAP.

463 fuel level sensor circuit high
560, system voltage low
1536, a/c issue
None of these would be related to a starting issue unless the battery is near dead and the computers can't run that low.

Well we noticed that one of the battery terminals were bad. So if it was bad like that, would it possibly cause it to throw random codes?
