Replaced my throttle body with a used one 2 days ago and 180miles later I'm still code free! Idles smooth for once in I'm not sure how long. My Indy swore over and over that a throttle body wouldn't leak where I said and was recommending a new MAF, but a smoke test doesn't lie!

 

I know this thread is a couple months old, but just thought I would post my solution. Turns out one of my cats had a crack in it. Had a new one welded on and no issues. She is also back to running much better... unfortunately with my new job I have only put 2,500 miles on her since January!
