Default p1592 and speed sensor problems

Hi all, I'm almost at my whit's end. I've had my Disco 2 for about 8 years and it's developed a front right speed sensor issue in the last 4 months or so. I get a check engine light and a p1592 code in my nanocom and also an intermittent electrical problem with the front right speed sensor. I've replaced the sensor with 3 others and get anything from no connection (doesn't see the speed sensor) to electrical faults with the sensor and now an intermittent message in my nanocom. I have the 3 amigos on which I am going to do the fix today or tomorrow and see what that resolves. Would this be caused by the speed sensor? Also, since I've replaced the original sensor, the disco won't shift properly, it will rev up to 4.5k and will only downshift if I ease off the gas a bit. I have cleaned as many ground points as I could find. I"m wondering if it's a SLABS computer issue, would replacing it require any special steps with my nanocom? Any help would be appreciated.
