They have sent a paid return label, but it won't be done until the money is back in my account.
The guy said "you're expecting a new block for $700!"
I said, no, just one with good bores and decked as the screenshot of the reciept says...and I have pics of the block you sent if you want to see for yourself. It took alot of anger and choice words to convince him too, after I was intially polite and understanding, until he tried to screw me on shipping.
He put me on hold, 2 min later, he unhappily said a label would be sent.
I don't like to bash anyone, but it went from a helpful phone call yesterday, promising a call to me today(which they did not).
To me calling responding to the email they sent today expecting me to pay to ship it back.
Dirty business. I really hope they don't hassle me anymore and my money's back by next week.
I can't buy another from somewhere else until then.
You wouldn't have a block would ya Abran, lol??

No blocks, sorry. But I’ve had people I know burnt by RL. Truthfully the “used” parts biz is rough.
we have sold parts that ended up not being good, but always ate it with a smile and no questions asked.
even when parts are good, with an unreasonable customer, you just eat it. Your word is all you have.

Excellent parts And service, and that needs to be pointed out again, especially when too many other businesses don't.
