You just need to match your current setup with the new rod. You can adjust it longer or shorter after installing.
Thats what I cant figure out... The roll center is an imaginary point under the car. Ideally, the panhard bar should intersect this point that is already found by the watts linkage. You would think finding where the roll center on a watts link should be, would be an easy google search but I cannot find anything pertaining to this. Too high or two low changes the roll characteristics of the car. Yes I know its a lifted solid axle truck, but the thing I love about my disco is that it drives significantly nicer than any of my jeeps and I dont want to change that.

You could always just mount it in and then adjust it afterwards?

According to Murphys law, I will mount it and then need to max out my adjustment leaving me no room to adjust it when I lift it more.

Also, any thoughts on matching the frame brackets front and rear? (ie: both left side)

I opposed the mounts for more symmetry in weight displacement, you could do the same side.. your arms and shocks are the limitation on the rear, now, anyway.

I just...cut the watts mounts off as close to the root as possible, plate your area on the frame, tweak/grind/cut your frame mount to give desired angle, tack the mounts, use a strap or whatever to center the axle/chassis, measure the rod length (leaving no room for a lengthening adjustment), cut (I used a piece of plumbing pipe for mock up....I forget the id, but it worked with the ends) , ramp it (I use homemade bs ramps at opposing axle tires.....shock-less), make sure you are clear, adjust if needed, cut dom to match mock up, weld, done
about 2 hrs labor
