Maybe you're new radiator is different? Have you compared old and new side-by-side? Any differences betwern the two rads?

This is why you take reference pictures before you take anything apart.

So, I'm curious, did you ever figure out where they went? I'm dealing with the same two pieces at this moment,....wishing for the last hour plus that I had taken some pics of where and how they went. I've tried them in the grill opening on either side of the rad and in the engine bay on either side. I've switched them left to right, turned them upside down, and front to back,........Nothing is fitting in to place. Each one has two tabs for bolts or screws to go through.

These are parts number WTP 6429 and WTP 6430

Nope, he never did figure out the answer. I think he tossed them eventually and moved on with life.

Default Parts identified

They are the air deflectors between the condenser and radiator. The thin one goes on the left and the larger curved one goes on the right as you face the truck. They are not shown in the RAVE. However on page 26-2-17 they attach to part 18 the extension bracket with self tapping screws.

Wow DiscoJax, another zombie thread brought back to life after eight years! I would let the owner of the truck know, but he sold it years ago.
