Passanger door lock

Default Passanger door lock
When I lock my doors my passanger door lock goes down and pops back up again I cant even push it down manually. All the others locks work fine. Any thoughts?

Sounds like you have a bad door lock actuator o replace.

Is there any way to rig it so that I can just lock it manually or do I have to get this replaced?
