Yah, 1-2 mpg is my change with it. I used to get max 12mpg city and 14-15mpg max highway. I have have a fuel-book for my Disco, so i always keep track of my mpg.

And yes hilltoppersx, my Sport mode was definately on

I have a 97 DI with 110K on it, I don't know the history as far as octane used. I changed the oil and used 91 or 93 octane all the time. It got about 12 miles per gallon. I drove it a few thousand miles then it sat unused for almost two years. During this period I did make sure to crank it up often and keep battery charged. I just finished replacing rear brake calipers, front and rear pads and rotors, bearings etc. Serviced front and rear differentials. I plan on doing plugs and wires soon.

Yesterday I replaced the battery. I got home and now it sits dead in the driveway.

I will be reviewing the rave cd for the start circuitry. After I get it started, should i do anything special before changing the oil?
