I'm doing a little experimenting myself, trying to do things in a decent order. I have a trip I take and record temps for each change. So far I have with aftermarket aluminum radiator, with Ford fusion dual electric fans/DCC controller(actually seeing higher temps so far), and as soon as I get my silicone gasket I'll do Extinct inline, then a bit after that I'll do a flowkooler pump.
