Valve cover leaks are caused by plugged oil breather baffle - change the baffle or install the PCV mod and your valve cover leak will go away. Also, do a search on google - there is a thread on the RR forums about an oil leak from the crank cross bolts in the middle. Clean all the oil off, drive on day, rephoto.
