Do my major service if it has been 30,000 miles since last done with possibly the exception of the wires, plugs and front drive shaft.
While working on it, check out your motor mounts, viscus clutch and start planning on a radiator over the next 20,000 miles.

And make that an 82 C soft spring stat and treat the truck to an Ultra Gauge. Also consider oil PSI test before and after, or aftermarket oil PSI gauge.

Its also a great time to replace the crankshaft seal on the front cover, oil pickup O-ring. Oil filter sump O-ring. All those are reasonably priced at the dealer. There is also an aditional O-ring inside the oil filter sump. If you have any questions I did this job last week. All it pretty straight forward.

X2 on the oil sump renovation. A little loctite on the oil pickup tube bolts after replacing O-ring. Hope your screen looks better than this one...

Why not a soft spring t/stat, a Air Tex water pump, much better then OEM? Much better way to go.
