Question platinum +4 vs fusions

I have been going through my rover and making it as mechanically sound as I can with the money I have. In a few weeks I will be doing my headgaskets so I picked up a few other things while it is torn apart. I picked up the fusions at auto zone but now I am unsure of my decision. I know that alot of people use the platinum +4. I was wondering if anyone is using the fusions? How do they compare to all these other plugs? I wasn't sure if I should just get the platinums or keep what I have.

2000 disco 2, 102000 miles, OME lift, BFG KM2

Since you already have them throw them in and see how they do for you. Disco Mike is the only person I know of that has tried the Fusions. I'll let him tell you his opinion.

Mike stated in another post that he lost low end torque when he switched to fusions. No loss in mileage, just the low end...

That is why he still recommends +4's. I swapped a little over a year ago, and realy like them...

Yes, I have them and I wouldn't spend the extra money for the Fusions, go with the Plus 4's.

Thank you all for your help. I think that I will exchange them for the platinums. More torque is always a good thing.

I agree. I felt and still feel a loss in some power. Also, my disco isn't starting as quick and peppy as it used to. That is why I'm changing my plugs back to autolite coppers.
