So I decided I wanted to play with the beast and upgrade her stereo system. So I got a shallow mount 10” sub and built a cabinet. Down the road I’m going to run a dedicated amp for the sub, but right now it is running off the stock amp. It really fills out the sound. Not rattling the windows but it really sounds better. It is not a high power sub at all. I built the box in a way that I can still use the rear seats.

 

I have a 03 SE7 and a 10" on the back door too. Works really well sound wise and being able to use the seats.

The trim piece comes off to allow access to remove the box. I've needed to do that before while replacing a failing spare wheel carrier.
