Default Please Help New Discovery Owner - Heater?

I just purchased a 2003 Discovery SE7 and am having a hard time figuring out the AC/Heater. We have been having 30 degree mornings. The vehicle is equipped with rear air, but it is always cool...never warm. If I turn the rear blower on, it freezes my kids. The only way I can warm the rear of the vehicle is to turn the temp to HI and the blower to HI and sweat it out until the rear thaws out. Then, when I crank it down, the back gets to cold. Any suggestions/help will be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Eric

Not sure if the 2003 is the same as 2000, but if so,make sure that your climate control is on economy. This disables the A/C compressor.

x2 on the econ button i have an 03 and it does heat up a lot faster without the a/c compessor running. and turn on the heated windshield to defrost the windshield. plus as soon as it starts to get warm turn on the recycle button.
