PLUGCHIP OBDII Power and Fuel Ecomony Unit

Anybody tried these? Supposedly made for a D2 engine? I dont see anyway to improve our MPG. Lol

Its bull****.

I looked up a Mercedes 190E 2.3L and they are selling an OBDII unit for that car.
Only problem is that car never came with an OBDII port.
