Default Plugs and coils

Ok so I will have to tear down the intake manifold for an oil leak. So while I am there I am going to do wire and plugs.
so an 03 with sai 4.6 which plugs to use ?
now since I am there do I replace coil packs as a maintenance thing?
oh yeah a 146k on the mileage too

thanks

Platinum/Double Platinum/Iridium by NGK, Denso, AutoLite are my recommendations. Slap em in and go!

I've used generic coils without any issues. The Bosch ones are fine, but I've yet to have a no name kick the bucket on any of the ones I've messed with over the years. Same coil pack design was used on older Kia Sportage's 4 cylinder engines (just one coil pack of coarse), but nothing special or unique to LR about em.
