Default po171,po174

70,000 miles. Replaced plugs, wires, ect, tps, all O2 sensors. Generic OBD II Fires off PO171 & PO174. I cannot get a in depth analysis from this scan tool.
The truck's performance increased significantly with the tune up. Yet it still has a case of the original symptoms; loss of power upon start up, Misfire when throttle engaged during warm up, loss of acceleration. Any comments would be helpful. Thanks!!

Well you are running way to lean, what year is it, have you changed your fuel filter, considered cleaning your injectors and have you checked for a vacumn leak?

I had the same codes, ended up replacing the Mass Air flow Sensor and haven't had a code since.

Are you still having your problem?
MAF is a possibility so is excess carbon when it comes to a misfire as well as dirty or failing fuel injectors or low fuel pressure, have you replace the fuel filter???
