Sounds like you could use the Coil Relocation Kit from Extinct Motorsports. Excellent quality, well thought out, and really great support.

I am suspecting that the misfires came from both the bad wires and bad MAF. I dont have much data until a new MAF is arriived. I am going to use my other set of NGK wire and their impedance is very good. Each wire is below 1K ohm.
Where did you find the specification for the ignition wires? I didn't find it in the RAVE.

Best4x4,
My D2 has been sitting for a few days, and today the idle code P0505 is gone, but the original MAF code now comes back. My question is now what are the differences between a good used Bosch MAF and a brand new Bosch MAF? The car seems to run very well with the used MAF, but after 15 miles, it threw an error message " additive adaptive mixture correction TRA Bank 1 and 2 Drive Cycle A and B" which is a MAF error

Do I have a MAF issue or it just needs to be reset with a Nanocom. This used MAF has been on the car for the last 50 miles. I am not sure if the car ECU has learned to work well with the used MAF as yet.

Will it make any difference if I buy and install a brand new MAF? I dont know if it will.

Both the new and used MAFs will need to have adaptive value reset. I am not sure if Nanocom will reset the MAF. Have you ever had to reset an old MAF?

adaptive values are not stored in MAF, they are stored in ECU. Sounds like you do need a different MAF. IMHO does not need to be OEM Bosch although some people would disagree with me.

What brand of MAF would you recommend if not Bosch? Thanks
Harry

I am not brand loyal, I would just get whatever RockAuto or Amazon sells and send it back if it does not work.
