Default Possible drive train issue

2004 disco 2 when driving > 30 mph at a constant speed it feels like there is something momentarily binding that jerks the car slightly. It feels like its coming from the rear axle. It doesn't do it when accelerating, only when your lightly on the throttle or coasting. Any suggestion on where to begin?

Check your Watts linkage bushings, especially the upper and lower ones on the center pivot mounted to the rear axle housing. If worn out, these will create a jerky/clunk feeling while moving slowly or under light acceleration.
