I have swapped MAF and still get the same code. Note that my previous MAF did not have any issues but, I tried a different one to rule it out. The fact that Richard has the exact same issue leads me to believe we both missed something on the reassembly

Richard - I was playing around with the brake booster line and I think I figured out a way to validate if it is cracked or not. Since the brake booster line holds pressure even after the engine is turned off, I took a flat head screw driver and pried the rubber boot on the brake booster line located on the brake booster. My system was still pressurized which leads me to believe I can rule that out. So the last things I need to do is check the IAC.

I should also note that I only get the codes when I am traveling over 50 mph...at idle and driving in town, the codes do not show up
