My new truck! Had her for 500 miles. I’ll post a proper introduction, so as not to hijack this thread.
Pics are of her wearing 20” Range Rover Sport wheels and the 18” Hurricanes.

Default A bit late 04 HSE

My 04 still running. Not much major work since I rebuild the motor in 2012 now its time to update everything and decide to either replace the frame or try and save it. Had no rust up until 4 years ago when I stopped treating the frame due to mental health. In 10 years no overheats monitored by obd and external t stat. Up until today at a Jiffy Lube who left the vehicle running g while extraction of coolant wow. So it reached 210.8f and it steame blew my water pump and top hose t bleeder screw. Sheesh. And now the hoses feel kinda stretched so I think I have a motor to tear down again. I'll check the HG for leak tomorrow. Well for all the posters nice to meet ya all Landies.

Just noticed I haven't posted my D2 in here, just in the new member introduction ~year ago.

This is how it looked end of January 2022 with ~340k km on the dial.

And this is what is has transformed into with ~354k km on the dial.

-Fabryka roofrack and front bumper from Poland.
-Two different size and function X-Vision led bars. Smaller is a hybrid, so it's beam is a bit wider and the larger is a spot so it'lll show trafficsigns and catseyes from almost 3km (~1.8miles) on full power.
-6pcs of purelux very small led worklights on the rack.
-Some generic brand +50mm wheel arches.
-285/75/16 Toyo open country MT's on steels painted with bronze rubber paint.
-Terrafirma panhard.
-Terrafirma TF220 longer anti roll bar links
-Adrenalin 4x4 6 degree towing and radius arms with some poly bushes.
-Tyrex/Raptor 3" coils from Italy. Don't know the ratings for these.
-Terrafirma 3" shocks with the 4 stage adjustment.
-Gwynn Lewis beefier propshafts. Front GL-DC-D2-EXT-BLUE. Rear GL-EXT-845-BLUE wide angle with the defender 4 bolt flange. No more rubber donut.
-Terrafirma stainless steel full exhaust with just a rear muffler.

Tried my luck with some generic safari style snorkel. It aligned nicely on the fender or the a pilar, but not both at the same time. Tried giving it some heat and bending it but didn't get it done and just stuffed it in the shed. Maybe go for a real safari or terrafirma at some point.

Yesterday finished up putting in a new exhaust gasket as it was blown. A small ~1mm warp on the manifold.
Changed the turbo, downpipe, oild cooler etc gaskets also. And put in new exhaust studs and nuts.

Also got a TD5Inside tune, but having some issues on the truck so I'm not getting all the power wanted. Won't rev over 3800rpm on neutral, when driving the power starts to die at 2500rpm and can't get it over 3000 rpm. Next stop on this issue is getting a new fuel pump.

US SALTY if it only reached 211f hopefully no serious damage was done to the engine.

Its a bit late to say now, but I don’t think we should be trusting places like Jiffy Lube to do any work on our vehicles.

What did the Jiffy Lube operator say when you told them that they're paying for a professional overhaul of your motor?
