Have you checked the fuses under the seat?

Does the passenger have the same movement as the driver? My passenger seat only move back and forth and the back moves also....no change in angle of the seat...

Check fuses under seat and wiring it would be odd for all motors to fail at once now its possible that someone had center counsel out and did not get the switches plugged in all the way.

There is a fuse under the seat.
Peer under there and you can access the fuse from the front of the seat.
Probably blown.

Somebody put a direct ground so the seats would operate. This caused a drain to the battery which is a bigger problem. I know the seat motors work so could I just check the fuses under the seats to see if new fuses might have the seats work without draining my battery?

If all fuses are good, and all motors are good, then it may be a frayed wire. Mine did the same thing until I put some electrical tape around the fray. You will need to take off the side seat plastics closest to each door. Then inspect the wires where the back and bottom of the seat meet. There is a piece of the seat frame there that can eventually scrap off the rubber coating on the wires with movement. Tape those up well, and put some tape on the seat frame where it cuts into it to help it from reoccuring. Takes about 15 minutes total.
