Default Power Steering ?

I notice the fluid churning in the tank when the engine is running. Is this normal? Never really noticed it moving on my F-150.

Ye, this is normal, how long has it been since you changed it last? Should be done every 30K using power steering fluid not ATF.

Not sure. It's at 45K. I've checked the dealer service records and can't see where it was done. Is it easy to do yourself?
