Default Power steering... big leak

So my pressure line where it drop into the steering gearbox is leaking really bad, like turn the wheel when the engine it running and it sprays to hit the hood. I replaced the o-rings on the end twice and it hasn't helped at all so I am wondering if it is common for the line to crack at the flange where the retainer plate contacts?

And I guess yes it is, just pulled it and checked it with the garden hose.

Ha wow what a coincidence man I pulled my ps pump today as well. In my case the gasket has turned to utter crap and was pissing ps fluid all over the return hose. I made a template out of universal gasket and applied some rtv and reassembled. I'm letting it sit over night. Hopefully it stops the leak. GL with yours man. Gotta try the jew methods first.

Yea, my supply line has a small leak also that I will tackle later, but the pressure line has made it un-drivable. I am just going to patch it until the new line arrives.

I didn't pull the pump, just pulled the pressure line out, which was a pain especially since RAVE doesn't talk about changing the lines.
