Default Power steering gear box swap on a D1

So guys I have had a pretty serious power steering leak on my 96 Disco since I bought it 2 months ago but I just got the money to buy a new one. (I have stayed on the fluid level so I don't have any power steering issues just tired of topping it off every day or two, plus the parking lot is looking pretty bad lol.) So here is my question, I saw that Rover Land has one for 275 plus shipping, has a 3 month warranty and I was told by a rep that they are rebuilt. I also found one from Car Cannibal in Oklahoma. They are charging around 340 (I can't remember the exact price) plus shipping but it comes with a 1 year warranty (also includes warranty against leaks) and is rebuilt with upgraded seals. Has anyone purchased a steering gear box from either one of these places and how has it performed? I am willing to shell out the extra money but if they are the same (sans the warranty difference) than I am going to save a few bucks and go with Rover Land. Any input in this area would be great. Thanks guys!

I can say that the cannibal in OKC has sent people the wrong parts and customer service is crap. I have not used them becasue of what I have heard about them and they are only 70 miles away from me.

I will say that e-bay has some good deals with warranties, and you can re-seal yours for a little over $100 if it is still tight.

Great thanks for letting me know. I thought about a rebuild but I have heard that it can be a real chore to do and I can't have my LR out of commission for more than a day as it is also my DD. I have thought about hanging on to the old one and attempting a rebuild after I get a new one on and then doing a resale but not sure yet. Anyway thanks again for the heads up.
