I have a 1998 Disco LE and when ever i make a hard turn, either left or right, I leak steering fluid. I tried putting in some valvoline transmission stop leak the other day, and that didn't help. any ideas on what it might be and how to fix it.

Verify where the leak is coming from, most likely you will need to order the 3 hose kit from Atlantic British, pretty common to have them leaking at your mileage.
Don't drive it much if any till you replace the hoses so you don't burn up your p/s pump.
