Default Power Steering Level

Hey everyone, I have noticed as the weather gets colder my cold starts have a whine that eventually goes away. I am thinking its the PSP or maybe just low fluid, my fluid level when cold as you can see is just at the min line..wondering if i should add some from the sahdow its looks like there is more in there than there actually is.... Belts pulleys just serviced so im pretty sure its PS, i can hear the tone change when i turn the wheel in park.

You likely have a leaking gasket that's allowing some air to get sucked in causing the noise. You can bleed the pump but it might get better for a little while but you're probably going to have to fix the leak
