Hello All,

Does anyone remember the company that sells the Power Steering Pump Upgrade (Machined bracket and I believe a GM pump)? for the DII. I thought is was a company out of Utah but can't seem to remember. No one seems to know if a replacement bearing is available for these pumps which I'm pretty sure is the issue.

Sure, Call M.I.T. and ask to speak to Rob during the week at 303-679-1610, it is a really neat modification especially if you do hard core wheeling cause it makes more pressure for more responsive turning.

 

My PAS pump made a horrible noise right at start up and on thru the drive.
I made a new gasket for it and it is silent now, just incase that is your issue.
PAS worked but not perfect, was a lil harder to turn than normal.
Gasket fixed it all, so well it blew the o-ring on the steering box high pressure connection after the repair.
