Default Power steering question

Today i was sitting at the drive through and for some reason i moved my steering wheel and i heard a grinding noise. When i was moving there was no noise only when the car was at a complete stop. Is it time for a power steering pump? Truck has 105k, also power steering level is fine.

Nick

Edit: Power steering fluid was flushed at 75k

How is your belt/tensioner, are they gettingh warn?
Time to do another fluid flush and might consider putting a bottle of Lucas Power steering additive in to settle down the noise assuming the pump is not failing.

i will have to take a look at the belt/tensioner tomorrow. Looks like i will have to flush it then, and i will put in a bottle of that additive. Oh Mike i spoke to you on the phone a couple of weeks ago you told me my problem was the crank position senor and i wanted to let you know got the sensor switched out and it is running good as new... well almost.
