Was told I will be needing new shocks, rear have a leak. Would a preowned set of OME be ok, found all 4 for $200 shipped. Or just buy new? Part numbers N107C (2 each) and N108C (2 each). These are standard length "comfort" shocks. Thanks in advance.

 

Depends on mileage, age, and how hard they were used. I'd go new if they have more than 10k or if they have been used regularly off road.

 

I think you can get 4 new Terrafirma shocks on ebay for 249 shipped. I've had several sets of OME they always feel squishy.

 

USED shocks???? NO! What's next used brake pads?

$200 is way too much when they are a wearing part, and when you can't check their condition before buying. GBR has them new for $89 ea.
