Puking gear oil from T-case..
Hey crew.
So this past summer I had the distinct pleasure of replacing my t-case in the disco, after it sheared off all the gear teeth and made chili out of them.
heading back from Sedona today, and hear squeaking that sounds a LOT like a propshaft going bad.
however, mine isn't bad. Its pristine, lubed, and driving well.
My T/Case on the other hand, is puking gear oil out of the front.....somewhere/something.
I re-sealed a lot of it when i replaced it (with a used one) but didn't open it up and do the front/rear mains. I still have the seals somewhere....is this cosmic karma for me skimping out on a job? Am I less of a man because of my inability to contain gear oil? (ok, kidding on that last part, but whatever. its concerning)
Anyone done a full re-seal and take pictures? Can the front/rear mains be done without pulling this 55kg beast back free?

I'll get under there tomorrow and take a look.
I did find a stellar write-up about a re-seal, but the whole damn thing has to come back out....
Gonna take a can or two of brake cleaner to figure out the source, its coated pretty well.
Need to get to my powerstroke first. In true form, when one vehicle breaks, it inspires the others...
So, first is injector wiring harness, then British toy transfer case.
