Questions about transmission flush, engine flush, and a few others
Rover injectors almost never go bad, 90% of the rough run problems and running rich/O2 codes are due to the need of a serious tune up, new plugs AND wires.

If your trans is having a hard time shifting then I would have the filter replaced, the ZF transmission is almost indestructable.
Hard shifting can be caused by a clogged trans filter, worn out fluid or low on fluid.

Well if they tested them as bad then they were bad.
I dont doubt them, just questioning the reasoning behind spending $1,000 when maybe $150 could have fixed it is all.

I somehow managed not to order the new injectors, no idea how that happened lol. I saw your post on those kingsborne wires and was wondering if you think those would be worth the money to buy, or if I should pony up some coin and buy the magnacore's. I did pull the spark plug wire off, put a tester in and watched it spark, would this be a good indication of whether or not the wires on it are good? I have no idea lol.
Also, my local O'Reilly carries the Gates serpintine belt, a upper radiator hose, a thermostat, and a transmission filter. Do I need to use OEM stuff or will these other compaines work?
After market belts and hoses work just fine, make sure you replace ALL your coolant lines at the same time, that means heater lines too,and as long as you have the coolant drained you might as well thow in a new t-stat.
I recommended Peak Global Lieftime Coolant, if you buy it straight make sure that you use distilled water NOT tap water to get your mix.
As for the plug wires, I cannot say for a fact that the Kingsbourne wires are anygood or not, I had them on my truck for about 3 months switched to the Mags and have noticed no difference in the way she runs.
EDIT:as for the trans filter, aftermarket brand will work just fine but keep in mind that on a DI you must drop the Y-pipe and a cross member to remove the transmission oil sump.
