LED number display under the passenger seat of my disco reads 02. Does anyone know what that means?

I assume that the check engine light it on.
If it is I would just go to AutoZone and have them read the codes, write them down and then post them on here.

I have a Discovery II and I have never seen any LED displays under my passenger seat. Maybe you are looking at a cd changer.

This worries me, if you work on Rovers and have never seen the LED under the passenger seat of any OBD1 system, sounds like it is time to start reading the manuals again.
The 02 code indicates that the battery has been disconnected recently and the code just needs to be cleared.

well thats it. I did disconnect the battery min before the code came up.... Well is there a place i can go for a list of all the codes? And thanks again mike.
