Default Radio wire adapters?

In my attempt to get away from dealing with radio transmitters, I bought a new radio, but I am completely stuck trying to install it. I looked online for a radio to fit the size of my Land Rover Discovery 1997 and came up with the
Planet Audio P375MB Planet Audio P375MB
which was on sale and I guessed it would be easy to install like computers are. Sadly upon trying to wire the device to my car I realized that I had no idea what I was doing. I just assumed that you match the wire colors to the other wires and if one of the clips didn't end up being used it did not matter. Well, that was pretty stupid and the internet is not being very nice to figuring out if there are adapters out there to solve this issue. I took some pictures below.

Does anyone know what I need to finish this? Does my rover have such strange cables nothing has an adapter for it? It looked so easy on youtube with other cars

any help is greatly appreciated

Hey hey...I just ordered a wire harness for mine from amazon. Part # 70-1784 that way, you don't have to cut your factory wires.

ah, a keyword that I did not have: Harness

I still have a problem though, it doesn't look like the cables match on these either with a 70-9400

as compared to the new radio's wires

also what about the other 2 plugs, the sub and main? Will those be sacrificed because they are not adaptable?

My bad...the D1 uses 70-9400. It's on amazon for $15

I'll phone a friend and see what he used in his. Do you have the woofer in the back door?

I was reading the reviews on the harness and one of the guys posted info in regards to the round connectors (possibly cd changer) and maybe one of the plugs go to the steering wheel controls?
