I was doing some work on the rover yesterday and noticed I have a ground strap that's not attached. It's the main one coming out of back of the battery box. Obviously, I need to bolt this thing down, but it's not clear where it should be bolted. I can't find any of the telltale marks as to where it should be attached...

The closest place is to the base of the shock 'hats' on one of those bolts. Does anyone know where it's 'supposed' to be located?
