RAVE for D2, or a good repair manual?

My good friend just bought a 2003 D2. Is there a RAVE manual download for this year/Model?

If not, any advice on a good source for a repair manual?

The problem in europe is the alternatives aren't brilliant and most 4x4's are either 'shopping trolleys' or 'Chelsea Tractors' which wouldn't and couldn't go off road.
