I suppose it's a matter of preference. I have a Disco with TF MD springs and shocks and one on stock suspension, and it's pretty clear the MD kit makes the ride stiffer than stock if you don't have extra weight on the vehicle.

Alrighty well I see there are different opinions on medium duty springs being to much for one without extra weight and yes I don't have any steel bumpers or anything yet but would like to get it in the future also I can't check my tire pressure right now but when I do I assume it's supposed to be what is says on the car or is there some other tire pressure that works well?

Depends on the type of tire you have, Which is why I ask. If you have E load rated tires then they can be up to 60psi... If you have normal street tires, they could be up to 40. Factory spec is on the label inside the drivers door. Depends on how and where you drive too. Anything over 40 no matter the type of tire will be firm. E load tires with 8 ply sidewalls will be firm. Of course tire pressure changes with the weather and the heat generated by the tire itself while you drive.
