Default Rear driveline rubber coupler

Next to no videos for rear drive line repairs . So , my rubber coupling on my rear drive line is cracked , I just want to replace the rubber part . Do I need to replace the bushing ?? What is the method for extracting said bushing ? Or just leave it ??

It may be recommended to replace the bushing. When I replaced my Roto-flex coupling, I did not replace the bushing.

When the bushing is just cracked from age I simply replace the rotoflex with the thicker 35mm unit from a BMW. If it's totally trashed = I swap both.
