Default Rear Running Lights will not cut off (Draining Battery)

I have a 2003 Discovery II. Battery went dead and alarm started going off. Could not get it to stop with the key fob so I resorted to locking and unlocking door to reset alarm and it started with a jump. Problem is that the rear running light (red) stays on without the car on or key in the ignition so that is what is draining the battery. I have no idea what to look for. Thanks for any help in advance.

Default

Unplug fuse 33 and 11 under dash to turn them off. Then use RAVE schematics to troubleshoot. Start on page 91 of 152.
